Monthly Website Care, With Clear Limits and No Surprises
A website needs small changes all the time — new prices, a new banner, updated timings, a fresh photo. Our monthly care plans cover these minor updates within a fixed monthly support allocation, so you always know what is included.
Each website plan includes a defined number of minor support minutes every month. Typical work covered by that time:
Minor text changes and corrections
Image and banner replacements
Routine content updates such as timings, notices and contact details
Minor layout corrections within the existing design
Hosting coordination and SSL-related support, where applicable
Basic website availability checks, where included in your plan
General website-related questions and guidance
Monthly support allocation by plan
Small plan: up to 30 minutes per month. Medium plan: up to 1 hour per month. Large plan: up to 2 hours per month. You can send requests weekly; we complete them within the available time. Unused time does not carry forward unless your written agreement says so.
Minor updates vs new development
Changing a phone number or replacing a photo is a minor update. Adding new pages beyond your plan, new features, integrations, redesigns or major troubleshooting is new development. We quote new development separately and start only after your written approval — so your monthly fee never grows without your knowledge.
Support window
Support requests are handled Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST. Our target is to acknowledge routine requests within 4 working hours during that window. Resolution time depends on the work involved. Support is closed on Sundays and national public holidays. Requests received then are acknowledged on the next working day.

GST is charged extra at the applicable rate. The one-time development fee and the monthly fee are charged separately. *Standard domain for the first year, subject to availability — premium domains excluded; renewals charged separately. Hosting within the limits stated in your proposal. E-commerce, payment gateways, booking systems, logins and other custom features are not included and are quoted separately.
Website Management FAQs
Can I request changes every week?
Yes. Weekly requests are welcome. How many we complete in a month depends on the complexity of each change and your plan's monthly support time.
What if I need more time in a month?
We will tell you before starting, give you a quote for the additional time and proceed only after you approve it.
Do unused minutes roll over?
No, unless your written agreement specifically allows it.
Can you manage a website someone else built?
Often, yes. We first check how the site is built and hosted, then confirm whether we can manage it and on what terms.
