Monthly support hours

Each plan includes a fixed monthly allocation of minor support time — Small up to 30 minutes, Medium up to 1 hour, Large up to 2 hours.

It covers minor content changes, text corrections, image replacement and small changes to existing functionality. You may send requests weekly; how many we complete depends on the complexity of each request and your available time.

Not covered: new features, extensive redesigns, new pages beyond your plan, custom integrations or major technical troubleshooting. Additional time is quoted and approved in writing. Unused time does not roll over unless your written agreement says so.

Support window and response target

Support is available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST, through phone, WhatsApp or email.

We aim to acknowledge routine support requests within 4 working hours during the support window. Requests received outside it are acknowledged during the next support period. Support is closed on Sundays and national public holidays. Requests received then are acknowledged on the next working day.

This is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution time. Resolution depends on the issue, access, third-party providers and the work required. We do not offer 24×7 support.

Domain registration

• Standard domain registration for the first year is included, subject to availability and the approved scope.
• Premium domains are excluded. Buying or transferring an already-registered domain is not included.
• Domain renewals from the second year are charged separately at the registrar's applicable renewal price. Renewal is not included in the monthly fee.
• Every domain purchase is approved by you. We register it in your name or account wherever feasible and document ownership.
• Any additional mandatory registrar or extension charges are disclosed before purchase.

Hosting and SSL

Hosting is included in the monthly plan within the agreed resource limits and scope.

The hosting environment, storage and bandwidth limits, backup arrangement and renewal terms are stated in your written proposal before you sign up.

SSL (HTTPS) support is included where supported by the hosting arrangement. This does not include a paid premium certificate, a security warranty or a full security audit. We do not promise unlimited hosting or 100% uptime, and there are no hidden hosting fees — anything outside the package needs your approval first.

Basic SEO vs regular SEO

Included when we build your website: page titles and meta descriptions, heading structure, basic image alt text, search-friendly URLs, sitemap, robots.txt, canonical setup where appropriate, basic indexing checks, basic internal linking and Search Console setup assistance when you give us access.

Regular SEO is not included in the monthly website care fee. Keyword research, ongoing strategy, content production, link building, digital PR, local SEO campaigns, Google Business Profile management, monthly SEO reports and large technical fixes need a separate SEO proposal. We never guarantee rankings or traffic.

All additional work is scoped, priced and approved in writing before it begins.

Third-party charges

Unless your quotation says otherwise, these are paid by you: premium domains, domain renewals, paid themes and plugins, paid fonts or stock images, premium hosting resources, paid email services, SMS and WhatsApp messaging, paid CRM services, external API usage, payment gateway fees, app store developer fees and advertising budgets.

We disclose these costs before you commit wherever they can reasonably be identified.

Your content and responsibilities

You provide accurate business information, approved content, images you have the right to use, branding assets and any permissions needed. You review and approve content before it is published.

Content writing, photography, bulk product uploads, translation, advanced copywriting and large content migrations are scoped separately unless included in your proposal.

Ownership and access

Your agreement documents domain ownership, website source-code ownership or licensing, third-party software licences, your access to content and hosting accounts, handover terms, data export and responsibilities on cancellation. Some third-party licences cannot be transferred; we tell you upfront where that applies.

Completed development work, monthly services, domain and third-party costs, unused support time, hosting termination and website handover are each handled differently. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Terms before signing up.
