This Privacy Policy explains how 10xTimes ("10xTimes", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you visit 10xtimes.com or contact us. We aim to collect only what we need and to handle it responsibly, in line with applicable Indian law including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as applicable.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, business name, mobile number, email address, city, state (optional), business type, the service and plan you are interested in, your budget range (optional), existing website URL (optional), project requirements (optional), preferred contact method and your consent confirmation.
Information collected automatically. Our server records basic technical information such as the date and time of a request and a one-way hashed form of your IP address, used for security, spam prevention and rate limiting. The enquiry form may also record the page you submitted from and campaign parameters (such as utm_source) that were in the link you followed.
Analytics. If enabled, we use Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. Analytics cookies are used only after you accept them in the cookie banner. We do not send your name, phone number, email address or message to analytics tools.
Why we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations
- To provide services you sign up for, including support and billing communication
- To keep our website secure and prevent spam and abuse
- To improve our website and services using aggregated analytics
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal basis and consent
We process enquiry information on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; this does not affect processing that already took place.
Who we share data with
We may use trusted service providers to operate our business — for example our hosting provider, email delivery service, CRM or automation tool, and (if enabled) Google Analytics and Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. They process data on our behalf for these purposes only. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for client records as long as required for the services and for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to a service are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed for the purpose they were collected for.
Security
We use HTTPS, server-side validation, access-controlled administration with hashed passwords, and spam and rate-limiting controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and limit access to people who need it.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise your rights. Contact us through our contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Grievance contact
For privacy concerns or grievances, contact us through our contact page.
Cookies
The site uses a strictly necessary session cookie to protect forms against misuse. Analytics cookies are set only if analytics is enabled and you accept them. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
