These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of 10xtimes.com and to services provided by 10xTimes ("10xTimes", "we", "us"). Specific projects are also governed by the written quotation or proposal you approve. If there is a conflict, the approved written quotation or agreement takes priority for that project.
1. Quotations and scope
All work is based on a written quotation listing scope, inclusions, exclusions and fees. Work outside that scope — including additional pages, new features, integrations, redesigns and major changes after design approval — is quoted separately and begins only after your written approval.
2. Fees and GST
Our standard plans have a one-time development fee and a separate monthly fee. Published prices exclude GST, which is charged at the applicable rate. Payment terms, billing cycles and due dates are stated in your quotation or invoice.
3. Monthly plans and support time
Monthly plans include hosting within agreed limits, routine website care and a fixed monthly allocation of minor support time: Small up to 30 minutes, Medium up to 1 hour, Large up to 2 hours per month (or as stated in your agreement). Minor support covers small content changes, text corrections, image replacements and small changes to existing functionality. It does not include new feature development, redesigns, pages beyond plan scope, custom integrations or major troubleshooting. Unused time does not roll over unless your written agreement says so. Additional time is quoted and approved in writing.
4. Support window and response target
Support is available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST. We aim to acknowledge routine requests within 4 working hours during that window. Support is closed on Sundays and national public holidays. Requests received then are acknowledged on the next working day. This is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution time; resolution depends on the issue, access, third-party providers and work required.
5. Domains
Standard domain registration for the first year is included in our website plans, subject to availability and approved scope. Premium domains and the purchase or transfer of already-registered domains are excluded. Domain renewals from the second year are charged separately at the applicable renewal price and are not included in the monthly fee. Domain purchases require your approval. Where feasible, domains are registered in your name or account and ownership is documented.
6. Hosting and SSL
Hosting is provided within the resource limits, backup arrangements and terms stated in your proposal. We do not promise unlimited resources or 100% uptime. SSL support is provided where supported by the hosting arrangement and does not include a paid premium certificate, security warranty or security audit unless expressly agreed. If your website needs resources beyond the package, we will seek your approval before incurring extra cost.
7. SEO and marketing
Basic on-page SEO setup is included in website development. Regular SEO and digital marketing services are separate and governed by their own proposals. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads or sales. Advertising budgets are paid by you and are never included in website prices.
8. Third-party costs
Unless your quotation states otherwise, you are responsible for third-party charges such as premium domains, domain renewals, paid themes or plugins, paid fonts or stock assets, premium hosting resources, email services, SMS and WhatsApp messaging, CRM subscriptions, external APIs, payment gateway fees, app store developer fees and advertising spend. We disclose identifiable costs before you commit.
9. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, approved content, images and branding you have the right to use, and any permissions required. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of content you supply and for compliance with rules that apply to your profession or sector. You must review and approve content before publication.
10. Ownership and licences
Ownership of the domain, website source code or licence, content, and access to hosting accounts is documented in your agreement. Third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts and images remain subject to their own licences, which may not be transferable. Content you provide remains yours.
11. Ethical conduct
We do not create fake reviews, buy followers or engagement, or use search-engine manipulation that breaches published guidelines, and we may decline requests to do so. We may refuse or stop work on content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.

13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outages or failures caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service in the three months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
14. Website use
Information on this website is provided in good faith for general guidance. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit spam or malicious content.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
